start making lacto fermented vegetables and snacking on them when you feel liek a snack.. they are delicious(if you like pickles), and take away snack cravings. plus the lacto producing bacteria are really good for your gut, so you start digesting better which also helps weight loss.. if you don't like em.. force youself to eat a bunch and you will start liking them, you body will crave it
