'North Korea Shows Signs of Test-Firing ICBM'
The Washington Free Beacon says North Korea’s missile units are showing signs of test-firing intercontinental ballistic missile.

The American internet media said that there are signs that North Korea will soon conduct a flight test of its new KN-08 road-mobile ICBM or its intermediate-range

The media also said that North Korea is mobilizing missile forces, including road-mobile short- and medium-range missiles.

Citing officials familiar with satellite imagery of missile bases, it said that Nodong medium-range missiles and their mobile launchers were spotted in the North.

The media said that the movements of the North's missile units are seen as a response to the U.S. mobilizing B-2 bombers for the combined Foal Eagle exercise with South Korea last week.

Ok well that is more concrete the only problem is is that is old news, like last week everyone and their mom reported that there was increased activity with north Koreas missile sites, as in this is not breaking news.

This was also debunked by our own propaganda machine as being normal activity for NK as in military drills, they said this after satellite images surfaced last week of movement at NK's icbm site and mobile missle platforms.

My kind of source:

The Washington Free Beacon, a project of the 501(c)4 Center for American Freedom, is a nonprofit online newspaper that began publication on February 7, 2012. Dedicated to uncovering the stories that the professional left hopes will never see the light of day, the Free Beacon produces in-depth and investigative reporting on a wide range of issues, including public policy, government affairs, international security, and media criticism. Whether it’s exposing cronyism, dissecting the relationship between the progressive movement and the mainstream media, finding out just who is shaping our domestic and foreign policy and why, or highlighting the threats to American security and peace in a dangerous world, the Free Beacon is committed to serving the public interest by reporting news and information that currently is not being fully covered by other news organizations.

Yes you are right, the new news in their article is that china is moving forces, the old news in their article is movement at the missile sites in NK. Papers often rehash ancient history in their current articles because just printing a paragraph looks lazy.

There are more recent reports.
There is also the report of the Chinese responding to an "unknown incident"
Which should have people asking what that "unknown incident"was under the circumstances. The fact that they won't reveal what it was is disconcerting to say the least.
