Wel thats good. Because if things started to get darker then id be worried.
All bullshit aside: for me as a photographer i do alot of landscapes. For the past 10+ years..
some times the sun seems brighter when its hazy Some days it seems darker. Honestly the only noticeable change i see is when the weather affects it. Ie. haze, clouds, moisture in air, or simply direction change.
I cant remember my optometrist ever recommending staring at the sun to compare its brightness . That would be the equivalent of an idiot high beaming himself to test the brightness of his new flashlight.
Just dont bring that logic to a shooting range...
