NINE DEATHS IN A COUNTRY OF BILLIONS AND EVERYONE IS PANICKED?!?!?!?!  that is how pandemics start. Yes it is but I am sure some of you people just don't get the dog&pony show that is already playing out to the world concerning this one. so, you don't think anyone should try to make a vaccine for this flu? What dog and pony show? vaccines take 18 months to produce. By then, billions could die. A novel virus can do anything. Not saying this is the big one, but you gotta keep one eye open.
