Explain the reply of Jesus to the Sadducees in which he specifically repudiates the Egyptian 'god of the dead' doctrine of a physical raising of a dead body from the grave. Michael Are you saying that Josephus did not write about the Resurrection of Jesus Christ? I'm saying that Josephus did not write about Chapter 27, verse 52-53 of the Gospel of Matthew.
