Good Morning Friends!

Good morning friend. I find it incredible that many cannot act on simple faith. Where does the power lie? In God to hand man a bible that is adequate for him to find him through his Son or in mankind to corrupt it? I'll say it is the power of God to keep it in an acceptable form to find him and his Kingdom.

I found God and his Son with the KJV version firsthand. What about those that were healed by Christ during his Galileean ministry? What written word did they have to go by? They acted on simple faith and a knowledge and heart connection by knowing Christ is the Son of the living God.

The thing is, the disciples were not transformed, they were still subject to the ways of flesh and prophecy had them to be martyrs.

Mary was a flesh mother for Christ. The transformed, resurrected Christ does not have her as a mother. He is the Son of God, and a spirit being that is the template for mankind's salvation.

Thanks for your reflection. I agree. Most cannot [or will not] act on "simple faith" because it would cause them to reform their lives. People who love sin do not want to do that.

the more i read these Scriptures the more impressed i am with the dedication, love and persistence of Mary from Magdala. The woman would not take 'no' for an answer. She just kept ASKING, SEEKING, KNOCKING until she found her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ !!!

You know I haven't been rude at all and you delete posts that don't fit your dogmatic agenda. And also accuse people falsely. Hmm? I read something about that somewhere.

I don't do that on my posts. You take notes from MSM.

Re: Build -A- Teaching: The Resurrection of Jesus Christ --> What happened immediately after? What happened that day? Please share!
As i continue to reflect on the Resurrection of Jesus Christ and what happened that Sunday Morning my mind keeps going back to Mary from Magdala. She is the one who persistently kept looking for her Lord and she is the one who first found Him. [Seek and you shall find]
She is the one who wept for her Lord [How blessed are those who weep, they shall be consoled.]
She even continued her search by going up to 'the gardener' [knock and it shall be opened]

Once she found her Lord and Savior, Jesus, her sadness was turned to great Joy. Her search, her tears, her persistence finally had it's reward.
Mary could not keep this Good News to herself. She had to tell someone!!!
And this is an example of the Spiritual Life. It is a constant Asking, Seeking, and Knocking. As we ask, seek, and knock we move from Glory to Glory as the Apostle Paul describes.

Mary from Magdala now has the gift of faith only God can bring. This is what asking, seeking, and persistent knocking does for a person. Eventually when the conditions are correct the Mercy of God - the Love of God - must respond and 'the door' is opened. The person 'finds' what they are looking for.

This can be true for those who seek evil as well and that is why Holy Scripture advises us to continue on in our goodness while allowing evil people to continue on in their evilness.

:lightningheart:

Mary just could not keep this Good News to herself. I'm sure she ran back to the Apostles to let them know that Jesus is Risen, Alleluia!!! What is shocking for me... is that she must have went through all of the details of the stone being rolled away, her conversation with the angels, finding the Lord Jesus, their subsequent conversation and then being sent by Him to bring this wonderful message AND THEY STILL WOULD NOT BELIEVE IT!!! They knew Mary! They knew Mary was a disciple of Jesus. They knew she followed Jesus to the cross even though they had fled. So,why would they not believe her? Their was no excuse for not believing her and that is why the Lord Jesus rebukes them when He visits them that very night.

9 After Jesus came back to life early on Sunday, he appeared first to Mary from Magdala, from whom he had forced out seven demons. 10 She went and told his friends, who were grieving and crying. 11 They didn’t believe her when they heard that he was alive and that she had seen him.

12 Later Jesus appeared to two disciples as they were walking to their home in the country. He did not look as he usually did. 13 They went back and told the others, who did not believe them either. 14 Still later Jesus appeared to the eleven apostles while they were eating. He put them to shame for their unbelief and because they were too stubborn to believe those who had seen him alive.

15 Then Jesus said to them, “So wherever you go in the world, tell everyone the Good News. 16 Whoever believes and is baptized will be saved, but whoever does not believe will be condemned.

Well, it is the truth. The populace has been dumbed down to the point that critical thinking has been diminished by immoral media.

People need to sit and meditate and ask why God and his Son appear to be so hard to reach in prayer. Could it be because our sight is as that of a blindman but spiritually, and our language corrupted to the point that what is offered in prayer to God has little or no meaning? Sometimes the heartfelt prayers are the first and most adequately answered.

What if we pray to be overwhelmed by the Holy Spirit and speak in angelic tongues of prayer to God? Certainly angelic tongues are more fitting to God.

Whilst I haven't got much time... the source for these suspicions are in the different substances allegedly in the vinegar at the crucifixion and the substances Nicodemus took into the tomb.

The reason some people have doubted that JESUS actually died is from the verses of the BIBLE. They also contain contradictions that people just read over.

What was in the wine (vinegar)? Why would they call it vinegar and not wine?

Mark 15:23 mentions the oil Myrrh - [link to www.3dchem.com]

Matthew 27:34 mentions gall (hemlock) [link to strongsnumbers.com] Gall means bitter but hemlock (a poison) can cause unconsciousness and death. [link to emedicine.medscape.com]

John 19:39 "...Nicodemus took Myrrh and Aloes" Myrrh has antiseptic qualities and alloes have healing properties (not embalmers) [link to www.peacehealth.org]

Why did Jesus die so quickly compared to others who were crucified.

Sorry but out of time.

Reminds me of Hugh Schonfield's publication from 1965 entitled, The Passover Plot.

Supposedly the vinegar wasn't vinegar but a drug that would render Jesus unconscious,
thus, it would have Him appear dead.

While in this deathlike trance, His accomplices would remove Him from the cross,
take Him to the tomb and nurse Him back to health.
However, I consider my life worth nothing to me; my only aim is to finish the race and complete the task
the Lord Jesus has given me—the task of testifying to the good news of God’s grace. Acts 20:24

"This man really is the Savior of the world!" John 4:42

Look, he is coming with the clouds, and every eye will see him, even those who pierced him;
and all the peoples of the earth will mourn because of him. So shall it be! Amen.
I am the Alpha and the Omega, " says the Lord God, who is, and who was, and who is to come, the Almighty." Revelation 1:7

Sorry I had to do this in bits but it gives me a good chance to try and get people to study properly.

The reason the term vinegar was used apparently is this
[link to www.blueletterbible.org]

But it is what was added to the vinegar that is important.

The only way to truly study is to align each particular event with the various relatings of the story in each Gospel, Matthew, Mark, Luke & John.

So you basically document the crucifixion to see if they all concur.

Here is a post where I outline The Passover meal discrepancy.

Thread: Christianity is PAGAN. (Page 4)

If there are differences you need to study further.

For instance... It wasn't the tradition at the time to use embalming fluids.

The tradition was to place the body in a tomb for about a year, and then go back and place the bare bones in an Ossuary.

[link to en.wikipedia.org]

Why then the need for any spices, unlessit was just to suppress the odour... they wanted the body to decay.

BUT also why the need for such a large amount of spices.

John 19:39 And there came also Nicodemus, which at the first came to Jesus by night, and brought a mixture of myrrh and aloes, about an hundred pound (weight).

I hope this helps with your studies. Out of time still.

Re: Build -A- Teaching: The Resurrection of Jesus Christ --> What happened immediately after? What happened that day? Please share!

I posted this in another thread, but it has application here.
Christ died and went into the earth for three days. He was resurrected and brought the elect with him. He was here for 40 days and then ascended into Heaven. 10 days later the Holy Spirit (the Advocate) came upon the apostles and the church was started. That is the feast of Holy Pentecost. A total of 53 days have transpired from crucifixion to the formation of the church.

When Israel became a nation again this generation will not pass. That was May 14, 1948. Now go to the georgia guidestones. They were dedicated on March 22, 1980. March 22 - 322 is the skull and bones number. It is EXACTLY 53 days prior to the rebirth of Israel. They went in reverse just like they do with words such as live to evil; lived to devil; and love to evolution. To guarantee this georgia guidestone monument is satanic, I found this in calculations of the dark masonry layout of this country and the world for that matter. The hq for the satanic church in the US is on 52nd street in NYC from my research. It is 666 statute miles from the georgia guidestones. I also think this 52 (52nd street) is important to them because there are 52 weeks in a year and 52 cards in the standard deck of cards. What is the 53rd card? The Joker!!! What is the third day called if you go in reverse of the crucifixion day of Christ on 03 April 33AD? It is April Fool's Day!!! 666,000 days from the crucifixion day of Christ is Sept 11, 1856. This is the year Tesla was born. The egyptian new year is Sept 11. Check this out. [link to en.wikipedia.org]
We know that the spirit of sodom and egypt will prevail over Jerusalem at the abomination of desolation. Look at what the fig tree says at
Judges 9:11 from biblegateway.com But the fig tree said unto them, Should I forsake my sweetness, and my good fruit, and go to be promoted over the trees? Now look at what Christ says as he takes us back to the beginning and the restoration of the Kingdom in seed concept the next day after his triumphant ride into Jerusalem. Matthew 21:21 Jesus answered and said unto them, Verily I say unto you, If ye have faith, and doubt not, ye shall not only do this which is done to the fig tree, but also if ye shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; it shall be done. Tree of knowledge fruit??? What is the popular game of chance called "black jack" and "21"? Yes it is. What would the black jack be? The tribe of dan. The Union Jack tells the story of the Unification of the tribes of Jacob without the fallen tribe of dan.

The other place (Cuban pentagram with its center 33 feet above sea level) is 666 nautical miles away from the georgia guidestones.

The name of the complex is tarara which is ararat backwards. You know Christ said we would return to the times of Noah. Do you think this is just another dark ritual place to try to stop the inevitable which is God's word? Also consider that 1260 days expired from the day Obama received the Nobel Peace Prize on Oct 09 2009 to the 33rd anniversary of the georgia guidestones on Mar 22, 2013.

Lisa is right about the midtribulation rapture answer in the fig tree being cut down the fourth year. Christ also told you the season of the rapture. It is late spring. From biblegateway.com Matthew 24:32 “Now learn this lesson from the fig tree: As soon as its twigs get tender and its leaves come out, you know that summer is near. 33 Even so, when you see all these things, you know that it is near, right at the door. Then he says the day and hour are not known, but he tells you the season. The fig tree didn't bear false fruit for him and neither will it for the raptured church. They are taken before the false fruit comes out. Look here. From biblehub.com Revelation 6:13 And the stars of heaven fell unto the earth, even as a fig tree casteth her untimely figs, when she is shaken of a mighty wind. Fallen angels are of this unripe fig (lust) Revelation 12:3 Then another sign appeared in heaven: an enormous red dragon with seven heads and ten horns and seven crowns on its heads. 4Its tail swept a third of the stars out of the sky and flung them to the earth. There's your fallen third. And you know they are already here by this. Revelation 12:7 Then war broke out in heaven. Michael and his angels fought against the dragon, and the dragon and his angels fought back. 8But he was not strong enough, and they lost their place in heaven. 9The great dragon was hurled down—that ancient serpent called the devil, or Satan, who leads the whole world astray. He was hurled to the earth, and his angels with him.

You also know from the wheat harvest and the separating from the weeds. Just like Christ death to the formation of the church being 53 days, the barley harvest and offering started at Passover and ended with the wheat harvest 53 days later at Shavuot.

Christ says the Kingdom is like a mustard seed and uses parables about seeds being sown. If the beginning of the church is a seed and now in this final generation the church is formed then when is the harvest of the church (the bride)?. Christ is telling you when it will occur.

Read this about the encounter of the apostles with the resurrected Lord. From biblegateway.com John 21:4 Early in the morning, Jesus stood on the shore, but the disciples did not realize that it was Jesus.
5 He called out to them, “Friends, haven’t you any fish?”
“No,” they answered.
6 He said, “Throw your net on the right side of the boat and you will find some.” When they did, they were unable to haul the net in because of the large number of fish.
7 Then the disciple whom Jesus loved said to Peter, “It is the Lord!” As soon as Simon Peter heard him say, “It is the Lord,” he wrapped his outer garment around him (for he had taken it off) and jumped into the water. 8 The other disciples followed in the boat, towing the net full of fish, for they were not far from shore, about a hundred yards. 9 When they landed, they saw a fire of burning coals there with fish on it, and some bread.
10 Jesus said to them, “Bring some of the fish you have just caught.” 11 So Simon Peter climbed back into the boat and dragged the net ashore. It was full of large fish, 153, but even with so many the net was not torn. 12 Jesus said to them, “Come and have breakfast.” None of the disciples dared ask him, “Who are you?” They knew it was the Lord. 13 Jesus came, took the bread and gave it to them, and did the same with the fish. 14 This was now the third time Jesus appeared to his disciples after he was raised from the dead.

Here's the 53 usage again. If we count from the beginning of the year to the 153rd day then we are at June 2nd. Is our Lord trying to tell us something? Why would the exact count of fish be so important?
