Message Subject QUESTION: Does NK really have a working ICBM?

I was googling the KN-08 missile which is said to be a ICBM but! Most websites I found placed big doubts about the authenticity of this missile and whether it truly is a ICBM. The best argument i found was:

"If real, the KN-08 could be quickly launched from anywhere, easily carrying a heavier satellite into Low Earth Orbit (LEO) than the Unha-2/-3. Therefore, the question arises why the North Koreans would spend so much effort on the Taepodong 2/Unha program, using outdated technology, when they already have a far superior rocket up their sleeves"

So am I missing something? Or is there really a ICBM? If so can someone post sone good info about it?

They might.

They might not.

We won't know until they launch it.

(that was a clue)
