Fib users know this extension.. Bt the bulls do have momentum, and fed crack on their side so further advance is always likely before next retracement. I dont see how the broad market indices can be linked to much degree with the US economy as most of the indices are global corps with near 50% revenues derived outside the US anymore. JMHO. |

Quoting: Jaid0gz Thank you for providing wisdom for all the sheeple to call "Information" and "Proof". The development juggernaut is way too strong at the moment. About 4 billion yet to develop...infrastructure, consumer...massive capacity...plus a newly slimmed down Western poublic sector...this is only just rolling. Workers of the World, Unite. Anonymous Coward User ID: 27411957 United States 04/05/2013 06:33 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | You're kidding yourself if you seriously think that the Dow setting records means that the economy is doing well. The Dow is just a handful of companies(which are changed out). A healthy economy does not need $100 billion a month injected into it. There will most likely be no economic doom but America will probably look something like Japan in the long term. High unemployment, very few good jobs, lots of young adults living at home, lots of people on the government dole. Actually Japan has a strong manufacturing base and more social cohesion than we do. Most likely America will look like Europe in the long term. Trillion dollar yearly deficits are not sustainable in the long term. And from where we stand now the government is going to keep running them as long as it can. From looking at your other posts you seem like a wimp who has had a very sheltered and easy life. |
