Actually I'm the Marine the passenger recording. And my in a wheelchair. My little brother drives me to my appts and VA because I'm unable to drive. My little brother is a civilian not a Marine. I am the Marine. So yes, my little brother did what was best and not get out because I would agree he probably wouldnt have walked away from this Marine so my brother was smart and stay calmed . He my brother says he stayed in the truck because when the driver first approached us and wouldn't calm down to talk my brother says the best decision was stay in the truck so he wouldn't get into trouble too or hurt. He may not have been able to fight against the guy but he used his brains and kept them too.
