there is one thing id like to know.....
..if any nation(like for example north korea) threatens war against the USA and the US president does nothing......
...can then the people act in self defence/ or even preemptively and attack north korea even without any law enforcement, bills, declarations ect??????
i mean obviously mr president doesnt really care so....people should act themselfes...
WOULD SUCH A MOVE BE ALLOWED BY THE CONSTITUTION?

Any group of U.S. citizens that militarizes and attacks sovereign foreign nations' assets is asking to be labeled a terrorist group. Not if "we the people" implement government by consent. Look up government by consent.
