That headline is false, and clearly contradicted by the text. Read it.

It's true we are affected in the US especially on the West Coast. It does come down in our rain & has been detected in milk and in the kelp here. It's also a fact that most americans have thyroid disorders. Theres a DR Mercola interviewed who said that thyroid tests are innacurate so people just continue to suffer through the symptoms.

Do you have this straight? Early reports said there was around a one third increase in the # of kids born with problems. That's different than saying one third of kids are born with the problem. Please clarify.
