Do you truly believe that every country in the world will just swallow a OWG pill? The G20's i can buy, but the rest?
China could take down the USA TODAY without any military action whatsoever. Call in the loans to the US and there we have it, total financial Armageddon.
The US will be so busy putting out the fires in it's own backyard.

So people would be happy about it, you'd have to apply for a chance to have children, abortions would be mandatory in most cases and it'd all be in the name of "living well" and then sustaining that lifestyle through "limited population growth".. For sure, it will be sold to people as utopia. People will rush to get into the new system as they line up to get their rfid mark activated.
