Could it be that the negative things you are feeling are coming to surface now and are trying to get your attention? This would be the subconscious which is actually much more aware than our 'normal' everyday conscious coming up to surface as soon as you are opening up to things on a deeper more emotional and spiritual level.

You have already come far or else you would not be asking what you're asking and having these feelings. Take it as positive signs. Accept the feelings that are coming up because they are asking to be released. You will receive once you release the negative stuck stuff that still appears to be suppressed.
This is done by accepting what you're experiencing unconditionally with a loving attitude towards yourself. Love excludes fear!

I facilitate emotional clearing as part of my work and it happens that processes are remotely triggered in others. there is in actuality nothing between you and me or others as we are all part of one consciousness which also explains all psychic and telepathic phenomena. Time and space are realtive projections and filtered down experiences.

If you keep feeling any of these sensations, go find a place where you can be with it and let it come to the surface more, experience it unconditionally and without judgement. it may be accompanied with strong emotions. don't identify with them and don't try to find explanations or make any sense of it. surrender to the process. just allow it to happen naturally. it's an emotional cleansing happening. it's like oil separating from water. your goal is to be pure water.

then you will also perceive and receive more clearly.
