If you feel stuck at your place it may be because your eternal energy is not properly in motion. you can get unstuck by moving physically, dancing, jumping, bouncing, doing yoga, going for long walks, singing. you seem stuck in your mind. all your energy is worry energy at this time. that is unproductive. drop all that and focus on re establishing your joy and strength.
moving your life force, maybe do tai chi. connect with your body and get unblocked so that energy can flow away from your brain where the worry energies seem stuck at this time.

Could it be that the negative things you are feeling are coming to surface now and are trying to get your attention? This would be the subconscious which is actually much more aware than our 'normal' everyday conscious coming up to surface as soon as you are opening up to things on a deeper more emotional and spiritual level.

You have already come far or else you would not be asking what you're asking and having these feelings. Take it as positive signs. Accept the feelings that are coming up because they are asking to be released. You will receive once you release the negative stuck stuff that still appears to be suppressed.
This is done by accepting what you're experiencing unconditionally with a loving attitude towards yourself. Love excludes fear!

I facilitate emotional clearing as part of my work and it happens that processes are remotely triggered in others. there is in actuality nothing between you and me or others as we are all part of one consciousness which also explains all psychic and telepathic phenomena. Time and space are realtive projections and filtered down experiences.

I can't eat and sleep for many days now but have plenty of energy. My third eye is wide open and I'm receiving lots of information. It's very saddening, but there is hope.
