Not only the media but all of society's conditionings. it's all about making people feel helpless and frustrated. they turn on each other, attack each other. we can also see this happening in this threat via the trolls. they're not really trolls but their level of frustration is very high. they don't know what to do with their pain so they dish it out to others.

the media and conditionings work on fear mostly. that is the old system that does everything to keep their reign. we can feel them becoming increasingly aggressive as they are fighting against the clock of mare and more people awakening and having had enough of this. the new energies entering are facilitating all of this.

i know it sounds old by now but you really have to exit the old matrix by not enabling it any longer with your compliance and frustrated cynical behavior towards others. not all behave that way, but many.
