It is wise to be the Observer and not identified with one's emotions. That only keeps the mind in bondage and one is always pushed around by the emotions and the story lines/situations in life that occur. Being somewhat detached from the ego mind and emotions is very helpful to remain your equilibrium.

The visitors are here. Another grandmaster and martial arts teacher I mentioned here before told me that hey have always been here. The malevolent ones as well as the benevolent ones. He also says that many of us incarnated come from other stars. I personally don't know if this is the case and if there will be arks. To me it is seems like another attempt to look outside oneself for another savior. The way is in! People need to go within and heal themselves, do self reflection, question ones motifs and motivations, go inside their hearts and purify themselves if they want to see the world be changed.

Good advice from you but if you read on through the thread you would see that it is not spiritual propaganda. It does just what you said, tell people to take action and responsibility and to get out of fear.

This is true Paul, but you have to protect yourself from people feeding on your energy. People with more spiritual energy stand out and attract weaker ones. It's a law like gravity. Here they want to be pulled up, but what happens is that it weakens you and you have to set clear boundaries.

I read some posts and I identified with some things ... I have astral projection on 15 years old and since then have changed a lot in very little time, I began to feel different from others.At the end of last year, with 22 ... experimented marijuana and had a bad experience with the spirits of the house, I realized I could not ignore that had a strong mental mediumship, which would explain many things.Since the beginning of this year I have tingling in the hands and feet almost all the time ... when I get sleep increases dramatically.I would like to understand why?

Your body may be taking in so much energy that your nervous system which is like electrical wiring - is over amped.

Try grounding out in nature (barefeet on the ground in wooded area or by a beach) and finding a holy person or shaman who can help you transmute the energies until you learn how to do it on your own.

Being touched by holy ones who do healing - I would not recommend reiki in this particular instance - more reflexology or massage sort of healing - will help disperse the energies more efficiently throughout your body. Acupucture would also be beneficial for helping the meridians to handle the influx of energies and light. The higher and purer the healer - which is why I say find a holy one - the less you will take in of the healers energies and the more the holy one will help you to transmute.

Good advice from One Love re; grounding.

The tingling of feet/hands is common for those who are mediums.Grounding will help. Your shifting to a higher vibration. This is a good thing. You've been in training & your reaping the benefit of your efforts.
Feeling different/apart from those around you is part of the process. It's like a test before you commit to the path. Many falter at this point because that don't want to be different. They fear judgement & ridicule.
Those in your position now need to ask 'Do I wish to reach my full potential?' Your standing on a threshold.

Do you meditate? Have you asked your Spiritual Guide to introduce him/herself?

Have you learned how to differentiate between the Good, the bad & the lost? What sort of contact do you attract?

At this point you need to ground yourself & learn protection techniques. Very important for many reasons. I'm fairly sure that I explained the Golden/White Light protection in a previous post on this thread. If you can't find it then let me know. Go back & read previous posts from others because there's plenty of good advice that will be of help.

Great tips - I'm a big fan of some of these techniques...my favorite is to find a place to stand barefoot to help ground some of these energies...literally! Or certain gemstones/crystals can help with grounding as well (making sure to clear them first).

I think often times this tingling sensation can come from not only the nervous system, but the meridian lines of our body - as these lightlines begin to emit more light, it creates energetic conveyor belts that run through our system...it can be very overwhelming at times!

In my dreams I have seen large groups of many lights in the night sky. People are afraid and hide. Some of the craft are unusually shaped, and they sometimes fly in patterns.

Whether the craft are alien or military, I could not say. I do not know if these dreams come from my imagination or if it is real, but they are very vivid.

Yes this was me. The copper pyramids I use were designed by a friend of mine. She is a psychic and people travel to see her from all over the world. She was visited and guided by benevolent entities to construct these copper pyramids. They have a wide spectrum of benefits. Copper is a conductor. The pyramids are build according to mathematical laws like the ancient pyramids of Egypt. They have to be set up at a certain north south direction. They come in different sizes from small ones that you can set on the table to prolong the freshness of food and to purify water to a huge size that you can sit under and meditate.

When my friend received guidance on the layout and materials of these pyramids, she would go to different expos and give talks about them. She never needed a script because she was channeling everything live from her guides.
Some of the effects. You can hang a pyramid from the ceiling. It can be a small one. It extends invisibly down and also up inverted. It dissolves all negative harmful effects from electromagnetic fields to emotional negativity. It basically clears and restores.

People often think the bigger the crystals the better. Not true. Even tiny crystals hold an enormous amount of information and are able to clear space. But each gemstone has different properties and they all need to be cleansed periodically. What many people don't know is that toy cleanse stones in different ways. It depends under what astrological sign they are and what sign you are. Water signs cleanse in running water. Fire signs with smoke, earth signs put them in earth or use salt and so forth.

This is a very pessimistic response. It may be slow but evolution is real. Just watch some TV shows from the 70's and reflect on people's simplicity at that time.

It's more like this. Those who are ignorant and stubborn in their ways will return to earth again to work out their karma but as the cosmic cycles continue, there will be another low vibrational dense age, worse even that we see now. It is necessary because the universe always steps up its game when people don't correct.
If you keep making the same mistakes and repeating unhealthy patters ins life, the situations you attract become increasingly painful and unbearable until you restore harmony within yourself and with the laws of nature. It becomes very painful when avoiding one's life lessons.

So the ones who refuse to go up, will go down further. the ones who choose to go up will be lifter to higher and higher realms of existence and may not even have to return to earth which is now still at quite a low dense vibration.

Absolutely. You need fresh approaches and ideas. Every generation rebels against the previous generation and that is healthy. They have a fire burning inside, their minds are fresh in an ideal world. But the older generation offers wisdom and can help the young generation to bring their dreams to life quicker making them aware of pitfalls and strengthening them in supportive ways sharing their wisdom and experience.

A healthy collaboration between generations is ideal. This requires mutual respect and intelligence to recognize the different things everyone can contribute.

If you think of old people today, they are often depressed and feel useless because it's a society that glorifies everything youth. It deprives itself of the wisdom and experience the older people can contribute. Nobody cares to listen. The young generation may be full of spirit and energy but have no direction and no catalyst. they may just burn the candle on both ends and end up with nothing. A wise society promotes respect and appreciation between generations. Just as the young generation appreciates guidance from the older ones, the older ones are excited and happy for the young generation and support them full heartedly and with love, sometimes tough love.

As long as generations hate on each other and the old people criticize the young ones and the young ones thing that the old ones are useless, we will not ever have a functional and healthy society.

This is very good advice. If you go to an energy healer at this point, it might only upset your energy even more.

It is not easy to find a pure healer. Most healers have their own unresolved emotions that they project on their healees. (people they offer healing to)

Bodywork as reflexology and acupuncture are great to relief energy blockages and harmonize the flow of energy. Depending on how active your energy is, even massage may trigger some undesirable reactions. You seem very open and receptive to all kinds of energies, so you may be taking on energies from other people especially if they lay their hands on you.

The higher your energy level. the more you need to stay away from intoxicants. Mind you, you're already high. Using anything to get high can get you over the top and make you see and invite things you really don't want or will just put you to sleep. It's counterproductive.

The only sensitives that can use and 'herbal stimulants' are experienced and trained shamans.

Nature, meditation and deep calming breath helps balance the energy.

Astral projection is a phenomenon that occurs on the spiritual path. As you walk further on the path, you will transcend astral projection. Try not to get held up and preoccupied with the experiences and phenomena of entities and astral projections. Just be the the observer.
