I read some posts and I identified with some things ... I have astral projection on 15 years old and since then have changed a lot in very little time, I began to feel different from others.At the end of last year, with 22 ... experimented marijuana and had a bad experience with the spirits of the house, I realized I could not ignore that had a strong mental mediumship, which would explain many things.Since the beginning of this year I have tingling in the hands and feet almost all the time ... when I get sleep increases dramatically.I would like to understand why?

Try grounding out in nature (barefeet on the ground in wooded area or by a beach) and finding a holy person or shaman who can help you transmute the energies until you learn how to do it on your own. Being touched by holy ones who do healing - I would not recommend reiki in this particular instance - more reflexology or massage sort of healing - will help disperse the energies more efficiently throughout your body. Acupucture would also be beneficial for helping the meridians to handle the influx of energies and light. The higher and purer the healer - which is why I say find a holy one - the less you will take in of the healers energies and the more the holy one will help you to transmute. Peace and love. soulJAH
