You weren't around and I felt that you were doing some inner searching.
The cell phone thing is serious. In the cities, cell antennas are on every block on top of buildings. They interfere with Melatonin production and disrupt sleep. People suffer insomnia or need more hours of sleep and the sleep is never deep enough. I had to move to a different room in the house that was receiving the last radiation after I couldn't get good rest where I was before. When I looked out the window at the roof of a building, I knew why. It's better now as I also use copper pyramids which helps.

I was having visions all day yesterday. I saw the future where ever I looked and I saw people's future and I felt sad because the world as we know it now will be no more. It will be nothing like it is now. The streets, the people, the shops, all disappeared, but it was good in the end because the purification is necessary for the new and better to emerge. People will learn from their mistakes, but I also saw something else that concerned me.

The elders who could tell the young generation who will be called to redesign the world will be very few because they are already under attack. The poisons in food, air and water are damaging their minds. Old people will be more demented than ever. The remedy is self realization, transcending this world and realizing your spirit, raise your consciousness to a level that can't be touched and clear all emotional issues because dementia is an escape from the pain experienced in the past. Traumatic events and unpleasant experiences suppressed. That has to be cleared and integrated so one becomes whole. The elders will be important guides. They are middle aged now and need to do everything to preserve their mental abilities for the future.
