It's becoming very obvious that someone has been targeting Carnival Cruise ships with Tesla Tech HAARP weapons. Look at all of the $300 Million+ ships that got fouled up or wrecked in the last 3 years.
Folks, just like the President's limousine in Israel, the Russian Submarine Kursk, and the BP oil platform...it seems everything can be a target in the scalar warfare game. Not a shot fired but you can bring an economy to it's knees using asymmetric warfare and space weapons.
