Because the reason why I looked up IQ by state was because I was just talking to a friend of mine who is visiting her brother there and he told her that he's planning to move out of there in 5 years, because the people aren't to bright, so he doesn't want his kids to go to school there. I'm I'm thinking that the reason why the IQ is lower there is due to the low population, and human interaction.
