My best friend of 13 years just died. (DOG). Is there any evidence they survive and cross to the other side?

HEAVEN'S DOGGY-DOOR

My best friend closed his eyes last night,
As his head was in my hand.
The Doctors said he was in pain,
And it was hard for him to stand.
The thoughts that scurried through my head,
As I cradled him in my arms.
Were of his younger, puppy years,
And OH...his many charms.
Today, there was no gentle nudge
With an intense "I love you gaze",
Only a heart thats filled with tears
Remembering our joy filled days.
But an Angel just appeared to me,
And he said, "You should cry no more,
GOD also loves our canine friends,
HE's installed a 'doggy-door"!

One thing I can say, nobody can prove there is nothing after death. It is rather simple, if there is nothing at all, the lack of awareness makes the question void. If there is something you know it only after the experience of death - in this case only the dog knows - so either way you can't have any convincing evidence that the dog goes to nothingness.

speaking from personal experience.. my dog sent other animals to us so we knew that she was okay. the day she died a dog with the same color showed up to my mother in the parking lot of her work, and my mom helped that dog find its owner. my dog looked like a fox, and a few days after she died a fox ran out in front of our car, and I knew it was from her as soon as I saw it.

To make a long story short (and this is just my belief based on books I have read), your dog's soul, or, "the consciousness which lived 13 years with you in the form of a dog", has returned to its place in non-physical reality and is thinking about what kind of life it wants to live next, enjoying the pleasures of non-physical reality, etc., and learning/processing the information and experiences it gained from its life with you.

Thanks to you, it had a wonderful life I am sure, and you will have a chance to re-connect without question, although it will no longer be 'your dog', it will have moved on and advanced to a higher state of being via life in another body, depending on what it has chosen to do. Maybe when you die or if you ever achieve OBE prior to death, at that time this 'soul which was your dog' will be busy living another life somewhere else, or maybe it will still be hanging around in non-physical reality, its tough to say. Physical death is somewhat like waking up from a dream, so for the 'dead', this physical life is but a memory and they are busy living non-physical life.

But instead of living life as a stray, abused, unloved dog, thanks to you this soul has learned a great deal about love and companionship. This is karma and love. Your dog, or, the soul which was your dog for 13 years, surely thanks you dearly and is also looking forward to seeing you again some day.

HI,MY ADORED RETRIEVER DIED LAST MAY,CONSIDERING most humans I've met,he was a far better being than them.i'm still heartbroken.heaven would not be heaven without the ones we love,on our levels.i'm sure God does not distinguish by genetics.i know no one will believe it,but I do not care,last week I was thinking of ways to join him,i had a tape playing,recording and a voice saying "he is here" and 3 woofs,i know his voice well.no tv on ,no noise from outside,i still have it.

on yt. recently a an collapsed walking his dog across train tracks,a train was coming,you can watch his dog dragging him off of the lines.saving his life.i've seen kids,even mums with kids and toddlers I buggys all filming him on a roof,howling for him to jump.he did.i'm sure God goes for love,not spieces.

Based on personal experience, yes. For myself, experiences with 2 pets (both cats), one experience by myself alone and one shared with my significant other. And once for my daughter (dog).

And yet never an experience with the ghost of a human. Ever.

So I'd have to say (based on my experiences), pets yes, humans no.

He is waiting at the rainbow bridge. You will see him again. He may even visit you when you are asleep.

that's odd,i've taken in many strays over the years.and many times one would jump on bed by my feet,half asleep i'd roll over to see which cat was heavy on my legs,as soon as I looked,wieght vanished.i'd assumed it was one of my 3 cats still here.i've heard so many people have same experience
