How to Meditate & Activate Third Eye

When I meditate , and get into a calm state i astral travel to a beautiful place. There are a bunch of beings there , one comes over and says come sit with us. So i do i feel very loved like they are my family from where I truly came from . As I am from the stars a star seed. So we sit and we just meditate everything I say to them they always respond.You are doing good but not yet you must return you can not come yet. Your mission is not over. What must I do to go further?

I read all of these experiences, the bad and the so called "good" ones, and all I can think is "why would anyone want to bother with any of that?"

You will live , then be reborn ask that same question and repeat.That is why.

And hopefully I never become a third eye hippy. Is there anything in your bag of tricks to make sure I would never become that?

I don't know about religion, but I can tell you that I met my demon. When I say he was a demon, he sure did look like one. He had it all, he was black, about 8ft tall had wings, everything I would expect a demon top look like.

Little did I know, he was just dressed up like that, like he was wearing a Halloween costume. First I was terrified of him as he was always chasing me, then I found myself having fun running from him and lost my fear.

I decided that I wanted to kill him but had no weapon. During my meditations I bring up energies with my hands from the root chakra, to help push my breath through the chakras.

So I had envisioned a scene from one of my vision, where my demon was sitting up in the underworld. He looked innocent while he was sleeping, while all the other demons where laying down sleeping. So there I was meditating on that scene, and thought maybe if I bring him up from the underworld and into the light with my hands, it would fry him.

So I reached down below my root chakra with my hands, I suddenly seen my hands enter the underworld, with white light glowing around my hands. From the pits of my stomach, I felt this energy of shame, sorrow come up into my heart. My hands seemed like the hands of God, reaching down to the demon, who seemed like it was me that was down there.

I never balled my eyes out like I ever had done before. I felt so ashamed that I got caught red handed, wanting to destroy something of Gods creation. I dropped down on my hands & knees and asked for forgiveness, I never felt so much sorrow in my life.

I believe we are pure energy beings , divine beings having a human experience . So we are all gods. Does that answer your question .
