They say pride comes before a fall. I didn't think people were so arrogant and retarded until I heard someone talking about North Korea, acting like they wouldn't even be able to launch a single rocket without it being shot on the launch pad. People really over-estimate their own capabilities, at least in the US. What's the word for this situation? Hubris?
