I forgot to start recording when I first started for the day I was parked in the ghetto for about 12 hours at 1801 N. 5th Street in Philly. I walked to a super market there. They were giving out Obama phones right in front of the store. I just had to shake my head. LOL

My husbands favorite part of being OTR is ordering food from fat girls that work in subways. He tells them to make it the way they would make one for themselves. He always get's extra large servings from them! I usually prepare his food but sometimes he has to eat out.

Stay Safe!

For me some of the best places to eat are the old mom and pop truck stops you find in rural areas. There are very few left anymore. Last night I ordered a pizza from a place here in PA called Bella Pizza. It was pretty good, but I messed up and ate the entire thing. lol.

Oddly enough my favorite landscapes happen to be the western desert heading through the rockies AZ,NM,NV, and CA.

California , Oregon, and Washington are probably the most beautiful landscapes in our country. It just sucks that their laws are complete BS.

If you want to see some beautiful stuff just Drive I-5 from LA all the way up to Seattle. I love it out there.

The reason I like driving through the desert is because you can seriously see for about 50-100 miles in any direction in some places. I always found that really cool. Plus it reminds me of the show Breaking Bad. hah

Re: Truck Driving Through Philadelphia
The Ramada Inn in Springfield, Missouri has a restaurant called Fire & Ice. They have amazing food. Best Calamari and Steaks.

Amarillo, Texas has a few GREAT steakhouses that I love to visit when I go through.

I-20 exit 571A in Tyler, Texas. There's a truck stop there called TEXAS BEST SMOKEHOUSE BBQ. No lie. It's a bit pricey, but worth every penny for their brisket and hot links.

I really can't remember everywhere I have been.

Most days I just eat something in the truck from my fridge or microwave.

It's too expensive to eat out everyday.

I'll post some more as I think of them. :)
