By the way, foreclosure is not fraud. Contract makes law, when a mortgage promissory note is signed, it becomes a negotiable debt instrument on your future production of goods services and creation. You cannot get an allodial title because you never gave anything of value but a promise of future production.

No, they are not. Show me the court record or the land patent issued from congress. That is how allodial title is given and no other way. I personally know people with land patents from congress.

I have studied this issue from A to Z, you clearly have not or you would know the information you have provided is incomplete and does not work. The US is bankrupt and has been since 1933, it does not own the land and therefore cannot issue an allodial title to land nor can the US issue a land patient any more.

Since you are a debtor in the bankrupt system, you cannot issue them either. You are not redeemed from the bankruptcy, therefore, you cannot have allodial title.

The Queen owns ALL our land. Even when we buy a property 'freehold' we are just paying for a qualified right to occupy that land, NOT possess it. (Bet most Brits don't know that either).

I will have to tentatively say land held in allodium is no such thing in the usa unless someone can reference public record to the contrary.

In both instances, the Attorneys General concluded that there was no legal or constitutional basis for filing petitions of land patent, for two very good reasons that I could find. 1, lands held in trust are by contract, which the constitution protects, but not if such contracts contravene public policy, which in the case of universal ad valorem taxation is indeed the case. Thus, contract does not denote sovereignty or tax exemption.

Point 2 is that the courts have found that land patents simply transfer lands from public to private hands. I have read some land patents that say that the land is held free from higher title or security interest by another but that is merely what is on the patent. In this sense, the patent is itself a contract between the federal government and a private individual, again, contract cannot contravene public policy. See the Florida AG's opinion for legal citation to support this claim.

So to everyone saying get a land patent, I am genuinely interested in seeing evidence of someone successfully removing their land from the tax assessor's tax roll by claiming they have some kind of exemption. Not being a shill here, I am genuinely interested in seeing such a thing. 'Evidence' would consist of lawful or legal evidence of some sort, not bs from some fringe website.
