Unluckilly also psychopats and malevolent people passed various courses and trainings regarding the third eye opening and astral travel. On the other hand it had been a normal part of training of secret services and even of common detectives in state service dealing with ordinary criminal activities. Many of these people leaved the service, some of them joined goatfuckers on the other side of law but of course their abilities they took with them.
