America and Violence
I do love how people paint a picture, of some beautiful world that was in the past....

This idea is pushed by morons, that are either stupid about history, or don't understand how bad violence is... or both.

Lets see some of the biggest problems in the past, that still leaves its calling card today...

The mafia in Chicago, New York and Philadelphia and florida.

The big crack epidemic in 1992

The race riots

A society that condones armed robbery back in the 1920s, and applauds the mafia

The Rosewood massacre back in the 1920s as well

The civil unrest in the late 1950s, 1960s and much of the 1970s, into the 1980s

The wild west, and the untold number of casualties of their violence, plus the wild west era war called the "civil war"

The death penalty

I can go on.... but at NO TIME did America ever see a day of peace, period.

WCW, NWO, WWF, WWE, ECW...

Boxing, and now this, "UFC" garbage...

It all reflects on what kind of an evil place America really is, an always was.

a country that would put slavery into its constitution, put guns into its constitution, put conscription into its constitution....

nothing about anything of peace.

the cold truth is, America dont know nothing about peace, nothing.

infact, Rated R movies, or movies that should be rated R, are the most widely made movies in America.

Thats the American media for ya.

Movies that are made for entertainment, like the Parent trap, gossed only about $62 million..

whereas movies like Blackhawk down, the Rundown, and 007 can top more than half a billion dollars.

easily.

Rated R movies, are the bulk of Hollywood's products, and actors in rated R movies are paid the most.

That shows ya what kind of a Place America is.

it sucks.

Re: America and Violence
pretty much everywhere all this violence and stuff, I was noticing how it even runs in family.. one grows up thinking everyone in their family is a saint but as you grow up you learn some dark secrets about them. not just them but also friends and people you wouldn't think... all of a sudden we are a just a monkeys floating around on a rock in outer space.
