Anonymous Coward User ID: 6979496 Australia 05/28/2013 08:42 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | hi guys and girls i have a problem i need some assistance with, ive been meditating for the past 3 weeks now and for the past 4-5 days ive been trying OBEing ive got to the point where my body has gone to sleep and my mind still awake now heres the thing when it happens i get the feeling like im being lifted off my bed out of my physical body but it gets to a certain point and it seems like im stuck and cant fully get out of my body its weird cuz i can literally feel like my "spirit" or conciousness is being lifted out of my body and i feel it as its lifting out but for some reason it gets to a point and just stays there i try and be calm n relaxed and go with the flow but nothing seems to be happening at that point any tips or advise u can share? Quoting: Anonymous Coward 6979496 That happens sometimes with me if I think about it too hard. I know exactly what you mean. I guess your mind is too alert so you're focusing on your body too much, like "why haven't my feet disconnected yet, why am i still so close to my body?" etc. My advice would be to relax. Also if you're excited about it happening you might just snap back in bc your body starts having that sympathethic nervous system response (fight or flight) and might be jarring you awake and thus unable to project." I would just let go, but don't force it. thanks everything u said is what happens i start feeling twitches in my legs and arms n eventually i jus open my eyes and sit up it happened again last night same thing its happened for the 5 night in a row and its getting quicker to get to that state if you no what i mean but wen im there im stuck lol thanks for the advise will try again 2night Try again, don't freak out or give up, you're almost there. it's just a matter of making it feel like a normal experience. If you start feeling a sensation in your stomach like you're falling, ride it out. same for a high pitched sound in your ear or an overall buzzing, that's part of the process. Just relax, it's your energy body disengaging itself from the physical. don't worry, there's no danger in it at all. Just relaxing and being aware of the sensations without tensing up or getting too excited is the key. Best of luck! thats the thing im not scared or freaked out i enjoy it i embrace the feelings n stuff but yea just cant fully leave the body, but like u said with practice it will happen im just training the body and mind ATM to get to the sleep parasasis stage |

When to take it and the amount required. I take about two teaspoons everymorning mixed with a cup of water. It tastes nasty, a bit metalic like. Check out some of the vids on the web: Nous sommes du soleil. -- We are of the sun. |

How would you make them affective again after that? White Sage? Set out in sun or under moonlight, or run under warm water? Does any of these make the Septarian and Magnetite effective again, after they would come in contact with each other by accident while sleeping? Thanks |

Thanks I would recharge each for 8 hours in a separate bowl of water with sea salt. That will do the trick. When you remove the impossible Whatever remains, however improbable, Must be the Truth |

jmalvarez User ID: 43491922 United States 07/31/2013 12:31 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Last night I had a very vivid dream, with myself being interviewed for a "sales" job, and the gentleman and I cutting the interview short. The interview was held in what looked like his home, and there were some children running around. It felt like more than a dream and I hope that maybe the other person is frequenting this forum. I would like to hear them corroborate some of the details. |

Looking for a job suggests that you are feeling unfulfilled and frustrated in a current phase of your life. You are still trying to satisfy repressed desires and unfulfilled hopes. There is something that you need to see grow and nurture inside. Take some time off and look within what direction you really want to take.
