Sure, that is a 'piece' of the geopolitical world and tools used to maneuver contracts. All nations recognize them and accept them and breaching those said terms usually results in war.

The Chinese in no way shape or form, could ever logistically pull off such a feat. Use of tactical missiles and bombs would defeat the purpose of invading. No nation outside of a select few - have the capable means to invade a nation and then repair the infrastructure from having invaded.

The debt goes to bankers and bankers do nott have armies, they simply buy mercenaries. But governments do have armies and bankers love to lend to governments on good terms

So I guess what I am getting at is that nation building is a fancy word for invading your nation by blowing it the hell up and then it is all rebuilt from the ground up. And then making an a fortune off of doing it.
