I wonder if it is a game of misdirection: China and Russia playing calm and quiet so we focus on DPRK. Meanwhile, Venezuela and Cuba are "counseling" DPRK to not get too crazy. Then Iran stirs pot a little causing a look over there too.

In any good game of chess, you make your opponent look at major pieces and lure them into forgetting the weaker ones. Then, make a splash with a pawn somewhere along the line that distracts the opponent into opening up an opportunity for the major piece. Checkmate.

I hope this isn't the case here, but given that US POTUS can't seem to play diplomatic chess worth shiat I'm concerned that the Pawns are making us move our big guns away from where they really need to be.

I watched with horror and amusement as this idiot unsuccessfully tried to dodge one bottle rocket after another... only quitting when one literrally flew down his shirt and exploded.

SEOUL, April 9 (Yonhap) -- North Korea has completed preparations for a mid-range missile launch from its east coast, Seoul officials said Tuesday, as the country readies for what many suspect is another provocative act amid heightened tension on the Korean Peninsula.

South Korean forces have been on high alert for an imminent missile launch by the communist nation, which was seen moving two Musudan missiles to its east coast last week and mounting them on mobile launchers.

I believe they want to provoke a response, i.e., Japan (or U.S.) shooting it down. At that moment, they will feel justified in crashing their satellite and it's 'mystery' payload into the atmosphere above the east coast. They'll detonate the payload (EMP device) and our country will collapse within hours. Happy stuff, right?
