A person on the craft, or a person on earth? IDK, you're getting into Einstein territory there. Me no smart. If the speed of the craft was measured to be C from earth, then the video is about 59 seconds too long. Otherwise, they got the blue/red shift idea right but they are incorrectly applying it to darkness of space, Space just doesnt light up blue or red, only objects in space that give off light change color like that. And if you pause right when passing earth, it would not appear round like they show. It would appear oval because of the space contraction. |
