It all depends on where the satellite will be and at what time. If the EMP satellite is above the North pole they won't deploy a missile. If it's centered in the US that's when a missile will be deployed. Kind of play the game of go ahead I dare ya.

Very astute thinking.Does anybody know what time it crosses our coastline and how much window of time taht gives them to respond?bump

That's the time they would do it unless of coarse we have a weapon that can blast any threat that is flying over us. That satellite is a threat from a man threatning Nukes on SK and Japan and the Peoples of the US. We are not killing anyone by shooting down that satellite if we can but if it is in the right orbit it can kill millions by wiping out their communication, transportation, and energy systems which could lead to potential crisis with our Nuclear resources... melt downs may become an issue. This is a life or death call here... either way we may be screwed. I call on my own to shoot that fucking may be probable satellite out of it's orbit -- this is a National Threat with grave implications if that NK satellite is loaded. The President of the United States must decide to be safe or to be sorry. If we shoot it down then NK can make that a declaration of war. Sit it out? It's a hard call but if they have Orbital Weapons... good be a good time to use it while it's over a non-population or low-energy area. Wouldn't want others to suffer of high energy communities if that thing is loaded.

Forget about attacking Iran that hasn't have any nuke weapons.

North Korea has them all, but US stays on "wait and see" game.

All countries should have free nuke tech.
