Never shall our army men and people allow anyone to infringe upon their supreme national dignity and sovereignty. The statement gave expression to their unshakable resolve to fight it out with the enemy. If the enemy comes at us with a dagger we’ll draw out a big sword to slice him in pieces, if he comes with a rifle we'll turn a big gun to blow him off, and he threatens with nuke, we’ll face up to him with more powerful and accurate nuke strike means of our own -- that will be the mode of counter attack of Mt. Paektu type. The statement declared that the KPA Supreme Command would totally nullify the Korean Armistice Agreement and stop all activities of the Panmunjom Mission of the KPA. The statement also demonstrated the heroic spirit of Songun Korea pressing forward to a bright future with the might of its people's single-minded unity. The world will witness our army and people, rallied rock-firm around their illustrious leader, rise like lions in a sacred war for defending their country and come off proud victors. All men of the People's Army and people should intensify their struggle for the defense of national sovereignty by fully showing their firm conviction in victory, matchless bravery and the readiness to die in battle if they should. They should become human bullets and bombs in the fight to safeguard the Central Committee of the Party, the supreme headquarters of the Korean revolution, the safety and dignity of the respected Marshal Kim Jong Un, and establish a discipline guiding the whole Party, all the Army men and entire people to act as one under the Marshal's unique leadership. Missiles will be fired with a push-button ease and, once fired, they will turn the dens of the enemy, Washington and Seoul, into a sea of flames that will engulf all our cursed enemies. Let us all come out as one man in a sacred struggle to win final victory. Now our army men and people are waiting for the Marshal's order of attack.
