Quoting: Anonymous Coward 25818402 corona virus for sure ... lots of pakis in germany going to and fro shitistan Good God you are violenty biggited and dangerous in your thinking. First, this is far more likely regular flu having weird impact. Second, it would have nothing to do with Pakastanies since whoever it is picked it up in Germany. Third, this "outbreak" is so small that there is no indication it would a wide spread impact. Your hatred/indifference for "different" people is just so awful - you need to look at yourself and think. If you want to run with the big dogs you can't pee like a puppy. |

M.O.O.N spell, Yes it does, with any luck not Capt. Tripps though. Unity is the great goal toward which humanity moves irresistibly. But it becomes fatal, destructive of the intelligence, the dignity, the well-being of individuals and peoples whenever it is formed without regard to liberty, either by violent means or under the authority of any theological, metaphysical, political, or even economic idea. That patriotism which tends toward unity without regard to liberty is an evil patriotism, always disastrous to the popular and real interests of the country it claims to exalt and serve. Often, without wishing to be so, it is a friend of reaction – an enemy of the revolution, i.e., the emancipation of nations and men. -Mikhail Bakunin- |

One of the reasons that for example ebola is not 'that big a deal' is that people get sick and then die three days later and don't have enough time to really infect a mass. If it would be a 14days or a month incubation then really ... it's out of control. |

"We thought at first, that is a severe influenza. But who knows what it really is, "said the man, he do think seriously about the many cases. The health department in Rendsburg is in constant contact with the UKE. Hamburg is at the actual spearhead of German, if not European, virus research. Interesting fact: The research facility is almost in the city center, just oposite the container port, facing the other side of the river. I got a Cholera shot there once before traveling to Asia. And as I mentioned before: Loads and loads of Chinese restaurants, selling tons of frozen Chinese food, whatever poultry, fish, veggies, directly coming in there by the container, most of it from or thru the Shang Hai area. |

Usually we would expect to see a prolonged "economic crash" first which would cause a "war", and which eventually would become a "world war". Thirdly we would normally expect at some point after the war was up and running for some time, the development of some sort of epidemic which would usually start within the warzone, and be contracted by the soldiers because of their close proximity to one another. Next we would normally expect the sickness to jump into the main population and spread very fast globally, and especially now with fast air travel. It would quickly become a global pandemic. This is a pattern that has happened over and over again, but have things changed? I would say I don't think so. That's why I don't believe this is the big one that everyone fears.
