WTF the tv went weird today , strange .... look

So for days now have this message saying to retune my tv on the 10th due to something , blue to read more or press yellow to dismiss ..

so i dismissed it as i cant be arsed with life let alone tv messages , so today it gets to the tenth and all the menu was there but the screen on every channel was black

but the strange thing was iff i left it black it auto switched to russia today and all it was talking about was north korea , i thought wtf ..

that was the bugout message folks .... so i had to retune all my tv again and now all is fine , i just find it weird the rt tv coming through .... thoughts
