I haven't watched the full movie so I can't argue on the point you make, I just feel sorry for the poor kids who are starving, us adults all have our own flaws but children are innocent and should never suffer.

Definitely not "SECRET" but propaganda? Some people actually make legitimate documentaries without an "agenda." Not everything has to be a conspiracy or propaganda. I went to film school with plenty of people looking to make documentaries and just sincerely wanting "the story." Doesn't ALWAYS have to be "propaganda....

While free will may exist in a society such as North Korea, it is very unhealthy to practice it. NK society is very much like the feudal society of Japan before WWII. Some individuals are free thinkers, but the majority have been brainwashed or trained to participate in the Kim show because if they do they get to eat.

The adults in the starving kids video probably get enough to survive on and that is it. If they give away what they have then they have nothing for themselves. If they do give away what little they get it may be seen or taken the wrong way and they may be punished by receiving less because apparently they don't need what they get.

Very sad situation with mixed up priorities, but you have to consider how screwed up people's belief systems are when they live in a feudal society.
