Conclusion from Study:
There is a problem and it needs to be fixed.
Problem with study:
Overstates the problem b/c blacks more likely to be caught, charged and convicted, while whites for more likely to get away with it.
There is no justification for committing those very serious crimes - however that applies to both classes but "justification" more likely to be seen with whites.
