I used to work for bank of America, and was no joke the top performer out of 400 associates every month, no exaggeration, I have the certificates to prove it. From the day I left training in Jan 2012 to Nov 2012, I received top performer each month, I was an officer in toastmasters international, and watched multiple people each month get promoted over me. They didn't have better stats, they weren't in any real affiliate groups.

I even inquired with a positive attitude, what can I improve on to move to the next level, and was completely ignored, and finally let go in Nov just before my raise....

One incident, didn't cause me to commit a crime, but its an example of how things are for a lot of us. We can create a whole new universe, and be looked at as trash.

When you feel valueless, you don't value anything, hence you just say fuck it....

Honestly I think upper management was afraid I was going to take their job. Unless we are talking about engineering banking customer service/collections/fraud/credit it's all simple, and anyone can do it, but the attitude held there is like every was a scientist or something.

I don't think the financial industries will be the same much longer anyway.

More people are realizing it may not be worth it to borrow money from the bank.

Another thing that pisses me off with Bank of America is how often they interrupt your transactions.

Having experience in their fraud dept, I know they look for difference in spending pattern, card testing, geographic location, and internet purchases....

My spending habits are the same every month, and I mean the same, or your account can randomly be blocked because they want an email address on file.

If you ask me, it looks like BOA uses every excuse to hold on to as many peoples money as possible for the longest period even if its a few more hours for the interest they make off of it....


What else the motive, they pay 10k less than every, and are cheap as shit.....
