I'm white kid and in my youth, me and my white kid friends committed a LOT of crimes but got away with it, because we confined most of our illegal shit to the suburbs - where our PARENTS lived. Had we been caught, we probably would have just been put on probation or some diversion program. If we were black and caught, we would have been convicted of multiple felonies. But we weren't caught, because although we might have been driving around blitzed out of our minds, we were WHITE. As one famous comedian put it: "IT'S ALL RIGHT, BECAUSE IT'S ALL WHITE!!!"
