That's my thinking too. If someone is responsible and gets treated. They lose a constitutional right. It's going to put a bigger stigma on mental illness. At first I thought it was just a typical liberal knee jerk reaction. I'm afraid it goes much deeper than this. If it's true.

Just to make sure the law really has teeth, they should include aspirin...

I think they might have a problem with Cymbalta since it can easily be prescribed for chronic pain, which in my case it was and prescribed by a chiropractor at that.
Be careful if you go to a doctor and he suggests Cymbalta, I stopped taking it myself because I was suffering from a few of the side effects it is notoriously known for.
I think it is just another of the big pharma products that they push doctors to prescribe for a host of symptoms, could even be a push by government as well to get as many people on meds that they can, so they can legislate laws that cover all the bases for gun control.

Watch taking a daily dose of GLP with a Doom chaser appear the list as well.
