Yet you fail to acknowledge that the fault might be that of the black community. The stereotype exists for a reason. Most of us aren't in denial, we just understand how it came to be. |

Everyone is Racist dumbass. My best friend is black and a business owner, and he explained it to me this way. All employers want the most qualified person for the job. This does not just mean that two people with the same degree are equal. he said that 86% of the problems in our society are created by blacks, and that other blacks do nothing about it. From robbery, killings, lawsuits, or just simply taking their job and employer for granted. 86% of the blacks "expect" and feel like they are "owed." Their hand is outstretched and empty. He said you can tell immediately who is and who is not on the plantation, and you do not want someone with plantation mentality. Until the other 14% of blacks who are not on the plantation stop identifying with the same politics as the 86% that are, then people are going to stereotype all blacks as the same. The percentages form this opinion. |

(notice she got the job AFTER she went back to college and got her degree, i'm sure she chose the "black box" when she applied for financial aid.) |

When I went out of the room for a minute, she told my office employee that she could not start work until all of her unemployment benefits ran out, 2-3 weeks out, and I needed someone right then. In other words, she wanted the job I was offering, just on HER terms, not my terms. Not a good way to start your new job:) |

Not a good way to start your new job:) That being said, I did hire another black employee. She worked out fine while she was employed with us,.........for a whole 2 weeks. Not that the white ones were much better. I had 2 complete pshychos, only one employee on that job worked for 2 years. It's difficult enough for biz owners to find good help, and when you throw in the threat of a lawsuit for discrimination, it makes it that much harder. |
