Agree that government and major corps are behind them, slight disagreement that they are as directly involved that they plan the specifics.

I have a feeling that they open the door for "some attack" and rely upon fringe groups to be enticed to attack. This way, they can be assured that they drive policy through directed action but not threatened by society learning that they knew of it.

An example would be Bush upon hearing the PDB that pinned the attack directly as both imminent and how it would be pulled off and he responded by staying totally out of the way to let it happen. He stated upon seeing it "ok, now you have covered your ass" - - inferring big time that he wasn't scared of the act and was damn sure not going to do anything to try to prevent it.

Notice that Cheney and Bush only agreed to be questioned by the 8/11 committee at the same time in the same room. The only real justification for this is to ensure that the lies required to deny prior knowledge and consent would be consistent enough with each other's story as to be not caught in the lie.

It is truly disgusting and truly should be a giant red flag to people who think that they are here to keep us safe.

I was in England heading to the continent in August 1980 when the Bologna bombing took place. I remember it very well.
