99% of terrorism is committed by the criminals running our own governments and all the major corporations on earth. 9/11, London subway, Sandy Hook, etc. Even when one is found out people still act like it's an anomaly rather than business as usual. People want to trust what the media and government tell them because the alternative is too horrifying for them to admit to themselves: that psychopaths worse than any serial killer run the world.
