That opens things up for a lot of speculation.

I've still got the Ed Dames' prediction nagging me. He claims that "the next use of a nuclear weapon will be on the Korean peninsula." Also, that the detonation of this nuclear device will usher us into World War III.

I don't believe that the US will preemptively stike, but what if...?

NK is documented to have a lot of failures but they are close to fixing that issue. Then again it was well written about how their rockets are bad, and they are compared to Russia, the US etc, but they put a satellite in orbit. TO put that in perspective they are 50 years behind but closing that 50 year gap.
