may 15.... OP growing up my grandfather was a 7th day Adventist preacher, scary I know. he and his church would always be coming up with this date or that that Jesus would come or the world would be thrust into darkness, on and on. these dates would come and go and of course nothing would happen but in the mean time the church members would get all wrapped up in these predictions sometimes dangerously so. It became a way of filling their life with external excitement and drama.

Looking at all the failed predictions here and I admittedly got pulled into some, i cannot help think there is no difference in this site or my grandfathers church. how is this date may 15th any different?
