Dream : Floods on east coast Canada

Basically the martimes was flooded, I was trapped on the east coast somewhere. Gonna check land elevations to see if this would even be possible. It was 'end times' proportions. Basically the entire area under water. People everywhere floating... horrible and fascinating.
