Good read SHR,
But I don't think you should necessarily be a leading authority on North Korea, what they're capable of, and what the world expects of them.
That being said we really know nothing about them. I know not where you get your intel, and it's probably none of my business, but for you to say the intelligence communities don't know is mildly asinine.
None the less, good read.

It's interesting what the intel is saying, and what then US Officials say and backtrack on the intel reports. Should tell us all something.
