What are they going to do? Flee en masse?
It's going to be business as usual until a missile goes off or an invasion happens.
Many foreigners quietly left.
Keep in mind it was business as usual in Hiroshima up until the bomb dropped.

How would you know? South Korea give you a list of who left personally? Try reading some news. The comparison to Hiroshima is an appropriate one. It's a good analogy. It's what happens in these situations. It's a matter of being realistic. Show the news then and do you have a list of companies/expats who were evacuated? so far nobody is evacuating their staff, it's business as usual til now. unless of course some jewish people were given a warning...maybe you can provide the names/companies.
