Wake up people get your head out of your ass. Is smoking weed a sin. Do you realize how retarded that sounds. Live a good life do not hurt people. Be honest and do unto others as you would yourself. Wow I am speechless

I bet you haven't read a single page within the bible and I am sure you will be quite speechless on the day you die relying on common sense from your fallen sinful state.

Extra points for using scripture.

Who does the EXCLUSION of it serve?

It serves Satan, who wants to sell you petroleum oil instead of hemp oil...that's who.

Does smoking pot solve any of the above for you or others or are they excuses to support an self serving addiction?

I know that some men are overcome with such things.. Is it a sin to them? God knows.

I am not here to judge. These are the questions I would examine within myself and My LORD. I am no judge or lawgiver. We will each give an account of the things we have said and done.

One man will find such things offensive. Another will not.

Let no man put a stumbling block before his neighbor.

I wish you well neighbor.

Why do I always hear that accusation from the mouths of uninformed individuals? It's like a classic defense mechanism when you can't think of any intelligent & informed refutation. Funny how you believe the lie that the 'heart is wicked' when you haven't even surmised that it's the physical brain/mind that is the source of all carnal desires, not the heart.

You my friend, have reading to do before you regurgitate anymore indoctrinated falsehoods:

There is a LOT of evidence that Jesus was called the 'Anointed One' due to his use of Cannabis-infused oils that were seen as 'miracle' ointments by common people who were not familiar with Alchemy.

The Church of the Nazarene made use of a large number of oils.

"Jesus was almost certainly a cannabis user and an early proponent of the medicinal properties of the drug, according to a study of scriptural texts published this month. The study suggests that Jesus and his disciples used the drug to carry out miraculous healings.
The anointing oil used by Jesus and his disciples contained an ingredient called kaneh-bosem which has since been identified as cannabis extract"

I cannot use the link, as it is from the Guardian, but the above quote is far less than 50% so I hope it is OK.

So no, definitely not a sin, just a secret of the occult priesthoods of his time.

Re: Is Cannabis use (any) a sin?
no, unless abused

1 In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. 2 Now the earth was formless and empty, darkness was over the surface of the deep, and the Spirit of God was hovering over the waters.

3 And God said, “Let there be light,” and there was light. 4 God saw that the light was good, and he separated the light from the darkness. 5 God called the light “day,” and the darkness he called “night.” And there was evening, and there was morning—the first day.

6 And God said, “Let there be a vault between the waters to separate water from water.” 7 So God made the vault and separated the water under the vault from the water above it. And it was so. 8 God called the vault “sky.” And there was evening, and there was morning—the second day.

9 And God said, “Let the water under the sky be gathered to one place, and let dry ground appear.” And it was so. 10 God called the dry ground “land,” and the gathered waters he called “seas.” And God saw that it was good.

The bible give clear instructions on the use of intoxicating substances. Just to be clear about it, if you are not sick and dying, you are to refrain from its recreational use and be sober-minded.

Here's the verse for the sick and dying:
"Give strong drink to the one who is perishing, and wine to those in bitter distress..." Proverbs 31:6

No it's not so long as you're using it for medical purposes or not over indulging when using recreationally. Many prophets, including Isa/Jesus used cannabis, it was an ingredient in the ever popular oil of the anointed. Cannabis is mentioned in the Bible but not in a negative way.

"anhedonic" does not translate to "a hedonist". You are apparently too lazy to verify this for yourself:

So if you cook with cannabis buds and orally consume them, then it's no longer 'sinful'? This method of ingestion actually increases the potency & effects of the psychoactive compounds in the plants.
