I think, I visited the other side on few occasions without doing any meditations (never done any) and those were not dreams. For example, I found myself standing on the edge of a beautiful aquamarine colored ocean but it was bordered on both sides with dark walls. I though that I wanted to swim and in the same instance I found myself in the water without walking. I was lying on my back and regularly breathing to not go down. Then I stopped doing it and I still was above the water freely flooding instead of drowning. It must had been my soul! Then I saw a stone under the water, so I dived to it and touched it and was back in my body.

I saw in the ocean few people and children splashing and I had a feeling that they were newly departed souls. One older woman was showing an older man the beautiful horizon and I thought to myself: “Oh, he is her husband who just died and joined her”. Interesting, isn’t it? If this is how the trap system looks after going into the light, then it’s very well “organized” deception....
